Cover Art - "The Passion of the Christ"

Here's the first look anywhere for Fox's "The Passion of the Christ"

No date or specs yet.

I was wondering when we'd get a date on this one. Shouldn't be too far off now and knowing Fox, it'll probably be given great treatment.

Let's lay bets that this'll be the biggest selling DVD ever.

Original poster art + tasteful = nice cover.

I'm glad Fox and Icon didn't even put something like a critic quote on the front (which I think is tacky anyways).

Shhh, Pat... don't give them any ideas!

I certainly don't expect anyone to remember me 65 years after I die, but you wouldn't know that from the way I act.

That would be incredible if they got clearance to do that!

Oh man I hope they leave the cover alone. It's one of the most powerful movie posters ever made. And they've accomplished this with a very limited color palette.

Nice cover! That looks like a 1 or 2 disc keep case to me. I was thinking they make the release on par with Master & Commander.

Any word on a release date?

I wonder if Mel will let them release a P&S travesty as well? This movie is pretty wide IIRC and it would indeed be awful if they did do something like that. I know other directors won't allow P&S to be released. Here's hoping for that to occur!
