New Coverart for U-571??

Is there a reprint of U-571 and is there a differance?

It's the same disc, just with new "floating head" cover art to feature the actors in the film.

I just recieved this version with the new cover art in the mail and there was no chapter listing inside. Is this the same for anyone else or did I get shortchanged?
