There is also another list that may be helpful (like this one) at the following addy:

Guess I can't post it right now, but I'll say its at the

Re: DD-EX & DTS-ES encoded movies listing

Pretty sure Sky Captain is mixed for EX use...

It may not be packaged like that but I'm sure it has center surround content.

Anyway...

I saw at Best Buy yesterday, the Punisher (John Travolta version) re-released with DD 5.1EX and DTS Discrete 6.1.

I'm assuming the regular dvd just had DD 5.1 on it.

Another supporter of 1080p and uncompressed multi-channel sound!

Like I said, these were listed on another site like this one. If they are wrong I apologize. I haven't had the chance to throw them on and check.

Re: DD-EX & DTS-ES encoded movies listing

Mao,

Sorry for the long delays in updates. As I had written early in the thread (probably a few pages back), I'm in school full-time, working full-time and raising a 22 month old and an 11 year old (both girls). My time is minimal.

I love this thread too!

Although as of late, the number of EX/ES titles has been minimal in comparison to the overall DVD/HD-DVD/Blu-Ray picture. Probably like 1% of titles released.

Anyway, I'll do what I can, when I can.

May all your surround sound be in 7.1 discrete! - old HT proverb!

LOL.
