"Intolerable Cruelty" color question?


I didn't see this film in the theater but am aware the Coen brothers have changed color palets in the past.
Did this DVD seem to have a yellow/green look to it and seem a bit contrasty in many scenes?
I didn't see this mentioned in the review I read.

Yeah, I agree. It looks alot like American Wedding, which had a very poor transfer too. The problem is that it's way to red and contrast is totally off. What happened to Universal? These transfers can hardly be director's approved.

I didn't notice any yellow/green bias. I did comment to my wife when we were watching it last night that the DVD was incredibly saturated, especially in scenes with lots of brown (courtroom, offices, one of the restaurants). I don't recall the print we saw in the theater being quite so intense. It was almost like the North by Northwest DVD in terms of extreme saturation but I rather enjoy that look.
