Almost Heroes... Where's The DVD?

This was Chris Farley's last feature film, why has it not been released to DVD yet and when is it coming?

I know this failed miserably at the box-office and got terrible reviews, but I'm in the minority of those that find it hillarious and really entertaining. Does anyone know if there are plans for an upcoming DVD release anytime soon?
