This week Ken McAlinden reviews Albert Lewin's MGM adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, a highly awaited release that gets notable recommendation. Todd Erwin gives us two reviews of the recent "Indie" releases, Harold, starring Spencer Breslin -and- Dororo, a live-action comic book adaptation directed by Akihko Shiota. Jurassic Park: The Lost World Superbit (Japan NTSC)


Total DVD have reviewed the Lost World Superbit and have found some interesting differences in sound. DTS fans beware. The review Here

Based on that review, it looks like they got the previous recording of the original DTS remix that we all raced to replace. To me the region 1 DTS non superbit was outstanding. Maybe he should have gotten a copy of the new remix DTS and compared it with the Superbit. Thanks for sharing.

I thought The Lost World R1 dvd did not have a defective DTS track, unlike Jurassic Park.

What the man said, only Jurassic Park R1 DTS was defective..

Interesting results, though. I don't have any spare cash to burn, though.. so I'll wait till more info arrives.

Huh? Isn't SuperBit a Columbia/TriStar exclusive label? Jurassic Park is Universal.
