A BUG'S LIFE - What region for the BEST version?

I want to purchase Disney / Pixar's "A BUG'S LIFE" and wondered what was the BEST version available in terms of extras, soundtracks, picture quality etc. What region is the BEST version basically? Thanks!

dvdcompare RARELY (if ever) lists NTSC titles from other regions. And it's also extremely incomplete.

I was actually wondering if this would ever come out in DTS in any NTSC market.

I traded my Region 1 copy for the UK R2 copy (both CE). BIG MISTAKE! While the UK version does indeed have DTS it also has some serious aliasing problems (very distracting). Given a choice I would go for the R1 version.

The problem with dvdcompare is that he won't just list difference. He wants EVERY little feature and extra or he won't post it.

So is R2 the only region known to have DTS?

The R4 also has DTS, but I assume it's the same transfer as the R2.

Please specify which R4 you speak of? Brazil? Australia?

R4 Australia. R4 Brazil would probably only have a Portuguese DTS track, given that this is an animated film.

I don't think so. It had an English DTS for the Lion King, correct???
