SYNOPSIS
Beethoven's 5th is the hilarious all-new adventure starring America's favorite
lovable dog and an all-star cast including 5 time Emmy Winner John Larroquette,
Emmy Nominee Faith Ford, Kathy Griffin (Suddenly Susan) and Emmy Winner Dave
Thomas. While exploring his new surroundings, Beethoven "digs up" a dirty Andrew
Jackson $10 bill. When it turns out that the $10 bill is part of a 1920's
fortune, gold fever strikes Cedar Woods and the race is on to find the long lost
loot. Suddenly everybody wants to be Beethoven's best friend, hoping he'll lead
them to the cash... but none of them are prepared for what is really hiding in
the woods. Beethoven is back bringing laughs and surprises that will have the
entire family begging for more.
Beethoven's 5th Marketing Support
Beethoven's 5th will be backed by a robust marketing campaign that will generate
sizeable consumer impressions. In November and December, an entertaining
in-theater Beethoven's 5th trailer will run in Regal Theaters before all "G" and
"PG" rated films, including Universal Pictures' Dr. Seuss' The Cat In The Hat.
Excitement among parents will be created on the internet with a contest offering
winners a Beethoven collection on video or DVD; Beethoven's 5th will also be
promoted in trailers on videos and DVDs of The Land Before Time X: The Great
Longneck Migration, and Babe.

Wasn't one Beethoven good enough? .....why can't Universal use the money that they budget for this direct-to-video crap to improve the quality control of their DVDs? The mind boggles.
