This week Ken McAlinden reviews Albert Lewin's MGM adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, a highly awaited release that gets notable recommendation. Todd Erwin gives us two reviews of the recent "Indie" releases, Harold, starring Spencer Breslin -and- Dororo, a live-action comic book adaptation directed by Akihko Shiota. And how much is £449.99 exactly? That's over US $1000, right?


edit... well according to exchangerate.com, it's only $745.17. That makes more sense, but not much. You can buy the series separately for about that much. I was hoping they'd do this, but give us a break on the price. Here's hoping they at least will give us a break if/when they do it with the X-files..



I certainly don't expect anyone to remember me 65 years after I die, but you wouldn't know that from the way I act.

Bloody hell, at that price it's 48 pounds a season, and less if you're outside the EU and don't have to pay VAT. Now I really wish I'd waited (already have all seven boxsets)...
