Well, I've got a dissenting opinion if anyone wants it...
I was thrilled to get R&B on DVD, and was expecting a fun trip down nostalgia lane. What I discovered instead was that:
1) the show was not as sophisticated as I remembered it
2) the animation was pretty bad, even in the later episodes
3) the amount of repetition from show to show does not suit back-to-back viewing at all
4) the jokes, while clever, fell flat most of the time
I wasn't amused, I was bored silly. I ended up giving the set to a friend.
I wonder if it would work better if they had an alternate version where they edited all the episodes together into complete storylines. Although the recaps did occasionally feature gags that weren't in the original airings, you wouldn't miss much. Probably the entire 40-episode rocket fuel story wouldn't be much longer than an hour, hour and a half.
