Fawlty Towers Collectors Edition new?

I read that there may be a new collectors edition DVD of this in October 2003.
Is this worth preordering and how does it improve on the original 3 disk release?

I certainly haven't seen any info on this anywhere. I'd be surprised, would be my educated guess. I can't think of another instance where the BBC have double-dipped, and it's even more unlikely they'd do it so soon, and for discs that are already pretty packed. They might repackage the discs with a book I guess.
I could be wrong but I wouldn't recommend pre-ordering. I won't be, and I love the show enough to double-dip if the release warrants it.
