I just checked Amazon.com and noticed a listing for "Home Alone: The Caper Collection". It has a list price of $69.98 (US) and is scheduled for release on October 14th.

I've heard no such news of this release. Due to the price, I'm assuming it will include ALL of the "Home Alone" films including the soon to be released TV-movie "Home Alone 4".

I'm wondering if anyone has any information regarding this set. Also does anyone know if the films will finally be anamorphic or not?? This is one set I'd love to pick up for the holidays, along with the "Vacation" giftset and the 2 disk special edition of "A Christmas Story". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They're just the current discs of HA, HA2, and HA3. And Home Alone 4 (the TV movie) gets anamorphic/5.1 treatment.

*Sigh* still waiting for the Special Edition that "Home Alone" so deserves.
