The reason I ask is that the disc I recived from a certain online store arrived with brown scuff marks on the box and the disc was scratched to bits and had strange marks as well. I am returning it today.

So, the glitch is a transfer error then. Am I right?

Apparently. I just checked my copy and it happens exactly at the point you described. Never noticed it on the first viewing although these types of glitches usually never escape me.

I emailed new line DVD about this error 2 weeks ago. I also returned my copy to the online retailer for a replacement 3 weeks ago.

I still have not had a replacement.

Do you think that they are re - doing the disc?

www.futureent.com

and

www.playusa.com

are out of stock.

both are large UK based companies. futureent have been out of stock since july and say that it's probably being "re -pressed"

coincidence?
