I know a lot of Bond junkies like myself have been waiting for Zinema's Die Another Day cover. Since he hasn't posted one yet, I've taken it upon myself to create a cover that matches his set. Pretty much everything is a near-perfect match. A high-res version suitable for printing is now available on dvdcoverart.

Looks good except... where is the large "007" in the background over the 007 pattern that connects up spine-by-spine?

I don't mean to sound ungrateful. Really, I don't; but I cringe when I see that lone title sitting beside the rest of my Bond collection all in the Zinema style...

Nice...but any word on when the new covered version of DaD will be out...Im guessing when the new box set comes out...it looks so awkward next to the other 19 discs...

The R2 cover reverses to match the rest of the MGM set. I don't have a scanner, but if someone who does has it it might be helpful to those who want uniformity.

Zinema's covers run the "007" over the spines of the existing DVDs -- I believe that there's nothing left to run onto Die Another Day.

Very nice, Matt!

Joshua:

there is a cover on dvdcoverart by Darthvong that perfectly matches the MGM SE set for the other 19, and there are a few others that are pretty close. There's also scans of the 2 R2 covers (they have a reversible cover)

edit: here's a link to it

Steven:

as for the 007 logo on the back/spine, I have a very nice 007 logo in vector format here, but unfortuantely it's a little different than the one Zinema used around the handle/trigger, so it wouldn't match up with TWINE's spine. I'm going to see if I can tweak it a bit, but I'm not overly optimistic. If it was at the very end I could fudge it, but not right at the trigger...

besides, if you have the JB Story or NSNA discs, those don't have anything on them

I have never seen this site before. Do a lot of you use it? Does anyone get the covers printed for them, and if so, can you tell me how they look and if they ship to Canada?
I tried downloading one cover (I have a mac), but it didn't work and I lost my credit.

John,

I run the site . the covers are all nearly professional quality, printed on high-quality photo paper. The files are saved as zipped jpeg images, so stuffit should be able to open them no problem on a Mac. and yes, the company which does the printing for us is actually canadian-based, so they will ship there no problem.

an update with the gun in the background is coming momentarily...
