The Canadian Conspiracy-how do we find out who owns this?
I'm sure I'm not the only one who remembers seing this mock 60-minutes style movie about how Canadians are taking over the US entertainment industry. It featured most of the SCTV cast, as well as a LOT of famous Canadians (William Shatner, Lorne Grene, Lorne Michaels, Monty Hall etc). A really funny flick that I haven't been able to even find a reference to online.
I remember seing it twice on CityTV in Toronto, and their programming department has no idea who owns the rights to it (they actually asked me to pass on the info if I find out). Dave Thomas didn't mention it in the SCTV book either-did I just imagine the whole thing?
So, I guess my questions are:
1-Am I crazy?
2-How can I find out who owns this film?
3-How can we get it on DVD so I can prove to people that it exists?
