Paramount has this, and - as has been discussed in other threads about their TV product - is starting to ramp up their TV-to-DVD output even more than the dozen or so titles that we've seen in the past (which Star Trek gets the most attention out of).
With shows like Cheers and Frasier in the works for DVD, I get the feeling that they've at least thought about Happy Days and some others.
Chuck's right, though...music licenses has to be a big sticking point. It might take a while. Like some others, it might be "never".
