Barry, I was going to post about Great Gatsby, and saw, to my surprise, that you has just posted it.
All Gatsby videos and lasers have a couple of scenes missing that were in the theatrical release. The Film was 1.85 and has never been released widescreen. The film was stereo in the theater and has always been mono on home video.

Please register my request for the following movies on DVD:
SCROOGE ('70) the musical version with Albert Finney
ENCHANTED APRIL ('92)
SOME KIND OF HERO ('82)
and SHOGUN (80) the TV mini-series with Richard Chamberlin

I'm eager to buy them.

This is what I'm looking for, if possible

TITANIC SE: I keep holding off on it till SE comes out in anamorphic widescreen, I dont even need all those extras just DTS and Anamorphic

DAYS OF THUNDER: Need new remastered anamorphic, since the
original picture is pretty messed up, and also DTS if possible, also maybe making of.

DEEP IMPACT: Anamorphic and DTS

SAINT: Anamorphic and DTS

WE WERE SOLDIERS: Everything excellent but need DTS badly, and maybe a trailer of We Were Soldiers and Rules of Engagement since those are not available on DVD

I repurchased my Jack Ryan Movies, Have not watched them yet, I should since they have been sitting for a while but I seen some scenes and look just awesome

And thanks for Indiana Jones, Really waited for this one since 97

Mr Blythe, first off I would like to thank you for taking the time to sit and answer some of our posts.
I have just recently aquired an widsecreen tv, and I now know the importance of having anamorphic dvd's. I am so happy that you are going back and re-releasing some of the non-anamporhic movies in new transfers. Is there any chance of these movies ever being released?

-Deep Impact 16:9(maybe even in an SE with the rumored deleted scenes?
-Escape from LA 16:9 (maybe with some extras?
-Titanic 16:9 SE (this movie would be awsome with extras and the rumored deleted scenes)
-Truman Show 16:9 (maybe with the rumored deleted scenes)
-Breakdown 16:9
Snake Eyes 16:9 (maybe the r-rated version)
-Days of Thunder 16:9
-Mission Impossable 16:9 (with extras)
-Event Horizon 16:9 (maybe with extras??!!!)
-Ghost and the Darkness 16:9
Hard Rain 16:9
48 hours 16:9 Another 48 Hours 16:9 maybe in a set with extras?
Golden Child 16:9
I know that this list is long, but even if you re-release only a few of these movies, trust me it will make my day, and probably many other people's days! I am so happy with the way that you are treating your dvd's. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the heads-up on 'SCROOGE' and 'SHOGUN'! That's great! 'SHOGUN' is one of the GREAT TV miniseries.

Any news on 'LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE FABULOUS STAINS' starring Diane Lane and Laura Dern? I really hope that Paramount can release this soon.

John Carpenter and Kurt Russell would do audio commentary if asked. They've done them for Escape From New York, Big Trouble in Little China, and The Thing. I know there was an HBO First Look type show about Escape From L.A., as well as an EFLA visual FX segment on the Discovery Channel's "Movie Magic" show.

Lot of potential sales here, Paramount.
