I've never dealt with Play.com, but most email complaint depts operate the same. The email sounds like the usual "We have received your email, assigned you a complaint number and someone will contact you very shortly" email that lets you know that they did receive your email. A receipt of sorts. So I would expect you would get an email from a CSA within 24-48 hours.
