Me too been shafted by ecost.com I order Onkyo TX NR900 I paid $75 for shipping, in less than 2 hours The ONKYO went dead I call Ecost for exchange defective unit they told me this ONKYO was not avaliable for exchange I can only return it, this is totally lie when I check their wwww they still have 276 units available for next day shipping.So I get the RA noumber but I have to ship it back on my cost another $75 ,that $150 just for look at defective unit, later I decide to keep it and took the Dammed ONKYO to service center.How you guy feel if this happen to you Ecost or Ucost.
