Has anybody used laptopbroker.com
They have just the thing I'm looking for, an X41 tablet at the right price but since it's a factory refurb, they provide their own warranty.
For reasons not worth going into, we wanted to buy it on a credit card and have it shipped to an address that wasn't the billing adress. I know that they're not the only retailer that has this rule but she said that they weren't helpful at all on the phone and were quite rude, which has me worried. If they're not helpful when trying to buy a laptop, then if I need to excercise the warranty, are they going to screw me over?
So, anybody ever used them? Any experiences, I can't find any reviews of the store online which again, has me worried.
