Does Circuit City negotiate on sat receiver prices?

I'd like to get the 520. I know small stores negotiate but will Circuit City.

I don't know about the bartering there, but you might want to keep an eye for the open box section. They seem to have some pretty good deals, there.

Doesn't CC price match. I doubt they negotiate prices though
