Easy with ecost. I purchased a Pioneer Elite PD-F27 300 disc changer from them "factory reconditioned" and, yeah, it didn't work. Called them, and they told me that they couldn't exchange it, but I could send it back for a refund. I had to pay to ship the thing back. Kinda a half-ass operation if you ask me.

Try goint to www.outpost.com. I just picked up a Sherwood 6108 A/V receiver for $79.99. It has full DTS/Dolby Digital 5.1 capability. No S-Video or component video imputs though. It has 100 watts per channel and sounds pretty sweet. It is sold at Circuit City and Fry's Electronics for between $139.00 and $169.00 depending on if it goes on sale or not. The item is NOT refurbished.
