AVR-3808CI Help

I have a 3808CI and am having trouble updating the firmware.

Here's some version info on mine -
1.03
00.21

7051500810

I have it hooked up via ethernet to my router, I've followed the update instructions and left it on DHCP but it doesn't seem to grab an IP, internet radio etc doesn't work.

I also tried setting an IP address on the denon and it still doesn't connect to the internet.

I plugged my laptop into the same ethernet and it works fine on DHCP and also works fine when I set an IP address on my laptop. No issues at all.


Anyone have any suggestions as to why the receiver wouldn't be connecting?

Is UPnP disabled on your router? If not...disable it, then try again. Hopefully that was the issue...
