Does anyone know where i can get an Onkyo here in canada without being totally ripped off on the price?

witht he dollar at par, it seems silly to think that MSRP in te US is 2100 on the 905 and 2800 here in canada...

Im in Calgary Alberta, so if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Don't bother - go down to the States. I just bought a Onkyo SR805 for $799; a full $500 less than at any retailer in Calgary. PLUS, because you are from Alberta, if you buy it someplace like Spokane, you don't pay their sales tax. Whether you choose to declare it or smuggle it, is completely up to you. :-)

We just got back from Spokane, and bought the Panasonic 58 " plasma, the reciever, and a Panasonic Blu Ray player. With duty and taxes, I STILL saved $1200.

I think i will just bite the bullet and pay the local price, i can get it for 2200 thats only 100 more than US MSRP
