Cheap receiver with 2 zones

Hello all. Just need some quick easy suggestions here.

Looking for a cheap 5.1 receiver with a 2nd zone. Here is the deal. Is going in the bedroom, thats the 5.1. Masterbath will be zone 2.

It is not a serious system. Will likely go with HTD inwalls and inceilings.

Thanks!

Amazing, I just came here looking for the same thing.
My only other requirement is that it can accept RF remote commands so I can control volume, station, etc from the masterbath.

Re: Cheap receiver with 2 zones

I am using a cheap Yamaha RXV-659 for my whole house audio although I do not use zone 2, it has it but I have a different set-up. It does have an internal amp for zone 2 but it is only 25W or so but that would be plenty for a bath. The newer version of the 659 is the 661, soon to be replaced with the 663 so you should be able to find a good deal now.

A.F.A. RF, if you are using something like the Harmony 890 it should work.

I know enough to know I don't know enough!
