[ Anybody has the Pio VSX-92TXH and XA2? ]

I finished calibrating the receiver with the speakers last night, using Auto MCACC. Popped in Batman Begins, selected TrueHD soundtrack, the receiver displays TrueHD. The LFE from the SVS sub was underwhelming, the fight in the prison at the beginning of the movie barely registers on the sub. Inside the XA2 audio menu, I selected Audio Digital Direct to "On", HDMI Out to "Auto". Since I've already done the 2.7 firmware ugrade on the XA2, should I have seen the menu option of HDMI Out -->Bitstream? I only see "Auto", "PCM", and "Downmix PCM". Thanks,
