HK Receivers power output?

Need some help choosing a receiver. Like the HK 147 but the power output ratings seem a little low. Is this just more accurate spec reporting or will this thing be underpowering for my 5.1 set up (athena ws-100's frt, ws-60's center and surround sensativity 89db. room is 14x22

you will have plenty of power with the H&K. They under spec their amps. If it is 40w per channel, you'll see 60 or so with all channels driven. Where as other so called 100w per channel amps can maybe deliver 40w with all channels driven.
