Onkyo HT-SR800 questions

After some searching around on this and other web sites, I have decided I would like to buy this receiver/speaker set combination(this being the Onkyo HT-SR800). I also did some research on Ebay and found a factory reconditioned model for only $329 or so, plus shipping. It being reconditioned kinda scared me at first, but the more I read the less it does. What do you think of reconditioned receivers?

It is sold by the web site accessories4less.com, I was just wondering if you all had heard of this site, and if it was reputable or not. On the Ebay auction it states that a year warranty is in also included, so I assume I can just send it back if I want to.

Just wondering what you all thought, thanks for responses in advance.

Lucas

P.S. My set up is
TV: Sony KDF-E42A10
Sat: Direct TV HDDVR box, currently using the HDMI in the TV
DVD: A HTIB that I bought years ago, going to be replaced if the Onkyo is a good deal
Other: Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2

Onkyo HT-SR800

I just wrote this post up, but couldn't find it anywhere, sorry if this comes through as a double post.

I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks, as I feel like my old HTIB is no longer sufficient. I don't have a huge budget, so I have decided on the semi HTIB Onkyo HT-SR800. I have heard good this about this, and found one for an incredible price on Ebay. The seller is accessories4less, and has nothing but positive feedback. This only thing that is scaring me is the fact that it is a "factory reconditioned" model. Does this make it much worse? Am I getting a product that won't function well? The site does state that there is a 1 year warranty, so I assume I could just send it back, but I don't want to get messed around, haha.

Well, I hope this wasn't a double post, and I thank you for you reply's in advance.

Re: Onkyo HT-SR800

4-5 years ago I purchased an Onkyo HT-500 receiver that was also a factory refurb and it looked and performed good as new. I've also used Ac4l.com a few times and highly recommend them. I think factory refurbs are a great way to save a little money. Just make sure you buy from an authorized dealer and that a factory warranty comes with it (they usually do).
