Receiver suggestion to power Polk Audio Mains

Hello all. I about to pick up a pair of Polk Audio RT 3000I floor towers.
I will mostly just be using them for family outdoor movie times. I am now just thinking of a receiver that can surport the towers. Budget is hoping to be under 300. Only one i have really looked at so far is the Onkyo TX-SR505. I will prob be running Polk Audio center and rears which i am still searching for.
You think TX-SR505 might handle the specs of the 3000I speakers.
Here are the 3000I specs.

Subwoofer 2 - 8" Dynamic Balance¨ subwoofers, shielded Amplifier Specifications 300 Watts Continuous Average Power into 4 Ohms with <1% THD, 30 - 200Hz
Mid/Woofer 2 - 6-1/2" Dynamic Balance mid/bass drivers,Tweeter 1 - 1" Dynamic Balance Tri-laminate dome tweeter, shielded
Overall Frequency Response 18Hz - 26kHz
Recommended Amplifier Power 50 - 500 watts/channel
Efficiency (dB 1M/1W) 92
Crossover (for the mid-high array) driver #1 (bottom) 2nd order LPF @ 1.2kHz;driver #2 (upper, near tweeter) 2nd order LPF @ 2kHz, 80Hz 2nd order electrical HPF on both drivers
Inputs all speaker level inputs are 5-way binding posts
Subwoofer has speaker and line level inputs
Cabinet Size 48" H x 10" W x 18" D
Footprint Size 11" W x 18-1/2" D ( 27.94cm W x 46.99cm D ).

Also other suggestions on receivers i can use mostly 5.1 in the end to watch DVD movies outside. Nothing fancy.

I am new in the HT world and been reading a lot of heplful threads to get a understanding on everything.
Thanks

Re: Receiver suggestion to power Polk Audio Mains

Where on God's green earth are you getting these for $50 from?

These speakers retailed for over $3000 new for the pair.

I would suggest saving some money up and getting more power for them, look on Ebay for something to power them.
