Yamaha HTR-6090BL or Onkyo TX-SR804
I want to power Orb Audio's People's Choice 5.1 system.
I need a receiver that wont need to be replaced in a year or two. basically i want to be able to grow into it as my room and entertainment center grows.
They look like they have very similar features... is one typically a better quality? I'll be using it mostly for movies and some music.
Right now i am leaning towards the Onkyo because of the remote and THX/THX-EX Certification
i can see the yamaha has more inputs and outputs, but i dont think i'll ever get to the point where I need 6 s-video inputs instead of 5... the extra RCA compontents may come in handy though.
