Hey guys I'm looking for a decent preamp tat has balanced outputs. (XLR) Looking for something 7.1 Performance is disired and price is very important. Open to used. Point me in the right direction.

What amount is an "important" price ? A pre-pro with balanced outputs, especially true differential design is the domain of less than a handful of (costly) high-end brands. The Outlaw Audio Model 990 at $1,099 is an exception.
