Hi there,

Im building out a new audio setup from scratch. I have a denon 2106. But I also have a few older components. One of these is a very nice Musical Fidelity A2 integrated class A amp. My Center channel is likely going to be a Mite-T from Totem, which is rated at 4 ohm impedance. My thought was to use the MF to drive the center channel by routing the denon center pre-out to the MF. Can I do that? Would the signal get preprocessed twice? Is there a drawback?

Thanks

No drawbacks.. AVR's that offer pre outs are made to work this way in general.

The amp would ideally have Main in's, or power amp in's. Some amps labled as integrated, only have line level inputs, which you really don't want even though it may still work.
