Onkyo Reciever Question

I have listened to a few Onkyo receivers and am quite impressed. I was speaking to a few colleagues about their Onkyo receivers and they say they get quite hot. Has anyone else had this experience?

I would like to know as I'm interested in the Onkyo 703. But I guess all receivers get hot, what is an unacceptable hot is more like the question.

I've had various Onkyo receivers over the years. They're great in my experience.
