anyone look at the Denon AVR-4306

I was looking at this model and wondered if anyone here has any opinions about it. I can get it from an authorized local dealer for $1600.

i previously owned a 3805. i just bought the 3806. it should arrive sometime tomorrow via ups (hopefully). the 4306 would've been nice, but i didn't want to spend that much more and the extra features it has over the 3806 didn't matter to me. there's a thread about the 4306 over on avsforum. i'm sure you'll be pleased with it if you decide to go that route.

I own the 3802, and I've been contemplating upgrading to the 3805, then 3806, and even the 4806. This new model at $2000 MSRP is perfect, since I had a hard time justifying spending the $3500 list of the 4806. The 4306 does weigh a couple pounds more than the 3806, so I'm hoping some of the difference in price is higher quality amps, along with the better DSP chips. The 4306 also adds another HDMI input (3 vs 2) which will definitely be useful in the future when you have your cable box, HD-DVD player, and PS3 connected.
