I have to vent!

My Rotel 1068 lost the LFE channel last night. Before everybody chimes in on the fix, I tried everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING. I have spoken to Rotel and they said to take it to my local dealer.

This brings me to my point. Fred's Sound of Music is a joke. I know, I know some of you will love them and have had a great experience. I have YET to have that. I had to get this there because they were the only dealer who had one.

I went in and gave them the 1068 and they gave me a 2-3 week time frame to have it fixed. WHAT!? with NO LONER and NO APOLOGY. Just typical, arrogant Fred's. To much money being spent on equipment for a response like that. I am so sick of it.
