Need reciever choice help QUICK! Should I get this 3805??!?!

I have an opportunity to get a used Denon 3805 for $550 + shipping. I'm a bit conflicted. I was going to wait for the new digital recievers coming out soon, but this seems like a damn good deal. Whatever new reciever I get will be coming with me to college, and the only reason I havn't pulled the trigger on this offer is I'm concerned about size.

Please talk me into or out of this!!!!!

If you trust the seller and its size does not make it impossible, then it is a good buy.

Damn, I misread his message in anticipation. It isn't he 3505, it is the 3803 (discontinued). I must have lisdexia or something. Thanks anyways guys.
