Quick receiver question- need help

I am looking for a new receiver. I narrowed it down to two, which I can get locally cheap.
Harman Kardon AVR235 and the
Marantz SR4500
I dont have much knowledge in receivers, I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on which is the better choice
I can get them both for just about the same price
I will use it for 70% music and running them with forward sounding speakers.

The Feb '05 issue of Home Theater Magazine has a nice little review of the 4500. The author finished up by saying the 4500 is the AVR he will recommend to those looking for a budget receiver. He felt the sound was very neutral and compared favorably to their higher priced models. But H/K's are really nice too! Tough choice, but I vote for the Marantz.

For music, I don't think you would go wrong with either of those. What speakers?

I have Triangle Titus 202's
I know I should just pull the trigger and get one, I dont feel that Ill being making a mistake either way
just like to see if others have had any experience with either of them
