Man thats disappointing, Dave. I don't own a 773, but my 762 purchased last year has been back to the dealer for a couple things, then finally sent back to NAD for repair/replacement of the front panel display (it started puking out random, spurious characters).
It would appear that the problems that many 7x2 users complained about have made their way to the 7x3 series. A real shame, since my 762 is a fine, fine piece of equipment, supremely flexible, easy to use, buckets full of power.....
But based on what I have read, and my own experience, I could never recommend a NAD product to anyone. On a positive note, dealer support seems to be good, as is factory support. But all things considered, I would rather have a bulletproof product from a company that had crap support than a crap product from a company with great support.
