Yamaha 5760 vs Denon 1804

Is there any difference between these 2?
My speaker setup is all paradigm
cc-170 center
titan fronts
atoms surround
velodyn cht 10 sub.

I have narrowed it down to these 2 because of my budget, I am leaning towards the denon because I can find it cheaper.

The 5760 has auto setup and pre-outs, PLIIX while the Denon has none of the above...is the price difference worth it..only you can decide that....

For now, the Yamaha HTR-5760 is the one to pick. But, all that could change when the new Denon AVR-1905 hits the streets with a $499 MSRP price.

Thanks for the advice. I have also heard that with paradigm speakers that Yamaha recievers sound to bright at times that is the only reason why I had thought of Denon.

With the new Yamahas, the words "Yamaha" and "bright" should be stricken from our vocabularies. It is no longer the case anymore. The brightness formerly associated w/ Yamaha has been tamed and completely brought under control in the newest lineup. The sound is much more balanced and neutral.
