What do you guys make of this.
I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-39TX receiver that I purchased say 3-4 years ago. It has worked flawlessly over the years but recently it has acted strangely when I first power it up. Upon powering it up I get pink noice like pulsing from all my speakers every 2-3 seconds. I have tried all the inputs and modes (DSPs, Standard, THX, Stereo) nothing stops the problem. If I let the receiver sit for about 10 minutes the problem goes away for the duration of the time it is left on. Only when I power it up again do I get the audio problem to occur again. I have also tried using headphones and experience the same problems when headphones are in use. I am going to try troubleshooting this further this weekend by disconnecting everything and see if I can ascertain if it is the receiver, separate component, cable that is causing the problem.
Have any of you run across a problem like this before?
