Denon 3803 vs. 3805

Once again, I'd like some feedback on whether or not to upgrade from my 3803 to the 3805. I got the 3803 for $760.00 and have yet to hook it up. I can get a 3805 for about $400.00 more with the mic. I'll be running paradigm monitor 7's, cc-370's, mini-monitors (two sets), and I just got a PW 2200. Is the 3805 worth the extra money, or will I get the same basic performance with my 3803? Please advise.

I am struggling with a similar decision - the 3801 vs the 3803. I can pick up the 3801 for 350 used and the 3803 for 550 refurbed with a 90 day Denon warranty. Not sure which one I am going to go for.

If you are going to use the room eq, get the 3805. It also has Denon link for direct input of DVD-A/SACD from the the 5900 dvd player. I would only buy the 3803 if there was no way to stretch finacially to the 3805. YMMV.
