pre/pro to replace Denon Receiver

Once again I need the help of the knowledgeable folks here. Is there a medium priced pre/pro that will do most of what my Denon AVR-3300 will do. Thinking of getting separates.
Thanks
Steve L.

I just replaced my Denon 4802 with a Rotel 1066/1075 combo. Very reasonable in price and it sounds amazing.

I'll throw out NAD's T163 - flexible configuration, plenty of formats, and firmware upgradeable. And when paired with the T973 it's a formidable combination.
