Center channel speaker for rear surround

Would it be better to have one center channel for my rear surround in a 6.1 setup or two bookshelfs for a 7.1 setup.
I have a HK325 and am looking at either getting an Athena ASC1 or a pair of ACB1s (The center is the same price as the pair of bookshelfs). I currently have Athena ASF1 fronts and an ASC1 center.

If you get 2 rears you can use Logic 7 in 7.1 mode. 6.1 will send the same signal to both rears. So, are you going to use Logic 7 or Neo 6?

You probably better off with 2 bookshelf speakers.
