I've hooked up a few different 5.1 (and 7.1) systems, but for this particular room, speaker placement is a problem, and I don't feel like stringing wires and drilling holes.
I don't expect any miracles with the virtual stuff, but does anyone have any (informed
) opinions on this Denon system? It doesn't look like anyone else has used Dolby Virtual Speaker for consumer electronics?
I suppose the Bose 3-2-1 is the same thing, but with Bose's own algorithms instead of Dolby's. The prices are similar (i.e. too high) but the Denon looks nicer, and has component out.
