Receiver that is good with 6ohm?

Can anyone suggest any desent home theater receivers that will power 6ohm speakers with no problems? I don't really want to spend more than $400.00

Thanks

That's kind of like saying "I want the performance of a Porsche, but only want to pay Hyundai prices."

$400 isn't that bad though...there should be a few choices out there.

The Kenwood VR-6070 comes to mind. I know it does 6 ohms...what kind of performance you'd get with 5, 6-ohm speakers attached though...I dunno.

Or, you could pay $250 more and try to get in on the Denon 3803 deal at 6ave.com. Act soon though!

See "3803 Refurb" thread for details.

Yeah, I base all my HT purchases on the WAF, too. Wallet Acceptance Factor.
