Are there any receivers with 6 channel analog output?
I'm looking for a receiver that has 6 channel analog (RCA cable) audio output (not input) because, I want to use the optical audio output from my satellite receiver to a home theatre receiver and use its 6 channel analog audio output to another receiver that takes only 6 channel analog input. I know it sounds complicated but that's the best I can do to explain it LOL.
Bottom line, is there a receiver that has 6 channel analog output?
Thank you.

Have you ran out of optical imputs? Or is the other reciever not capable of DD/DTS? If you just ran out of imputs, I have seen optical "switchers" at radio shack and Fry's electronics for about 20 bucks. That would be cheaper than any super budget reciever. If you do need a new reciever for the decoding, try finding like a Sherwood 7106 or 6108. I have the 7106 and love it. The 6108 only diffrence I think is PL2.

I would say that the lowest-priced Receiver with 6.1 outputs is probably the JVC RX-8030VBK followed by the Pioneer VSX-911 & then the Kenwood VR-7070 just incase you looking for a budget models. In your post you din't say how much you would be willing to spend or what you wanted to spend ?

All great information thank you so much to every one.
I'm looking for a receiver with a good brand name, good quality but at the lowest price.
I'm willing to spend between $400 - $700.

Yamaha's from the RX-V640 on up have them. It's possibly on some of the HTR series also.
