My least expensive upgrade (sort of)

The other night, while listening to a Chris Botti CD, I realized what one of my least expensive system upgrades was.

After this upgrade, I notice much better imaging, soundstaging, depth, extension, "air"....all the things we all want.

All it takes is a few beers:b Everything in my system sounds better after a few.

I don't know how "cheap" of an upgrade this is in the long term, though. Maybe if I stop drinking beer, I could afford to make some real upgrades.......

Actually, the beer serves a few purposes:

1) It's nutritional
2) If it makes your system sound like a $20K system, why stop drinking it ??
3) If you collect enough empty cans, they'll make some great speaker stands.
