New Onkyo TX-DS989 Upgrade?
Hello. I am completely confused and wondered if anyone out there has any information that can solve my problem. The other day I emailed Onkyo and asked if they were planning any new upgrades to the 989. Someone quickly replied that Onkyo was working on an new upgrade that would be released in the Spring but gave no details. So I emailed Onkyo back asking for the details and then I got this response:
"Thank You for contacting Onkyo USA Product Support.
We do not plan on releasing an upgrade in the Spring for the TXDS 989."
So what gives? One person says one thing and another says something completely different. Anyone out there know anything about potential upgrades to the receiver and what they might be? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
