Current receiver is a Denon(something) Dolby Surround 5.1 (not digital).

I've had this receiver for quite some time (10+ years), so it's time to upgrade to a 6.1

My primary concern is HT, but I do a lot of 2 channel as well, so hopefully the receiver will be able to handle the CD's fairly competently as well. I live in a town of nearly 100k and believe it or not, we have one best buy, and one mom & pop mid-fi store, of whom I don't care to do business with. Thus, I'm forced to make my selections based on others recommendations and my research.

I would like to spend somewhere between $500-$700. Currently I'm looking at a NAD T752(probably ebay or 'B' stock) and Outlaw 1050 (new). I would appreciate any other suggestions you all might have. If possible, maybe some reasons why you might suggest another receiver over the the NAD (my 1st choice).
