Conflict with TiVo Hugh HD Receiver
Anyone heard of a conflict between Hughes HD receiver and TiVo Series 2? TiVo says no way the two will work together as TiVo transmits with Infrared while Hughes is RF.
Circuit City, where I bought the two, says they've sold many others without a problem. TiVo says this is impossible.
Only fix, says TiVo is to buy compatible HD receiver, of which there are many: Sony, Samsung, RCA, Mits, etc.
I bought the Hughes because it was cheapest. Circuit City will take the Hughes back, I'm sure, but I will ask for consideration for my trouble!
Any thoughts / experience would be appreicated.
